Great Air Conditioning, Clean Room, Some staff was very helpful. Is a great drive from Malaga if you like to drive a bit.
Some staff was not very helpful, Wi-Fi was extra (2 Euro for 24 hours) and did not work in my hotel room (2nd floor).

This hotel is in the middle of a large National Park , approx 3 miles from the main road by way of a reasonable road . The scenery is fantastic and there is much scope for those who wish to get out and explore . The remote location will not suite all , but we enjoyed the peace and tranquility . Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean . The breakfast was the typical continental cold meat and cheeses with the added touch of hard boiled eggs , and a choice of fresh juices . The coffee and tea on offer were of a high quality . The evening meal options were limited but drink prices were reasonable . The resident owner (?) manager was very friendly and very accomodating . The hotel had a feel of a large country house and is nothing like the stereotype tourist hotel you will normally find on the costa's . We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return

The hotel is rather tired and faded, it is somewhat off the beaten track for a general holiday, also the dinner was very poor so we left 2 days early.

The location was fantastic, up in the mountains but still close to a city. Great for hiking enthusiasts and nature lovers. The staff was friendly and attentive, willing to help with any questions we had. The dogs on the premises were cute and friendly.
The road leading up to the hotel was scary and not suitable for all types of vehicles. , the decor inside the hotel was outdated and could use some sprucing up to make it feel more modern.

Spent Easter at this hotel and had a fantastic time, surrounded by nature with long walks and hikes. the staff was really friendly and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel surroundings were really quiet and peaceful. the room was cosy and clean with stunning views to the mountains.
That there was no free drinking water available, so make sure to bring your own. the internet was slow, but who needs wifi when you can be in the middle of nature?
